game keep on crashing
every day 3 out of 10 times the game crashes i try to reconnect as fast as possible but i keep on getting punished i am in low que for 20 mins ,i send crash reports on the server but i still get in trouble

Repair your client. If that doesn't work, the issue is with your computer since most other people don't face this issue. Update your drivers, and if that doesn't work try reinstalling your entire OS.
