Kogmaw Balancing W concept
What im thinking is making kogmaw W a toggle passive that drains mana So if u activate W u gain your amazing attack speed and on hit damage in exchange of cant move (like jhin when he ults, or ezerath when he activates Q ) now it makes him a Dangerous turret , so now give him extra Attack Speed to balance out the new weak mobility keeps him balance because that now means he cant be so insanely late game and it feels like u cant win, if u have any thought please comment , Riot wants to make kogmaw A insane late game Turret style ADC and this perfectly fits his style and kit.
with this concept it is not either to buff or nerf him its for finding his identity and what he is suppose to be
