PBE account not level 30 after 12:00AM

I read on the PBE FAQ that at 12:00AM, all of the new testers automatically get leveled up to level 30. The only way for me to level up is to play battle training. I read several online posts that within 24 hours my PBE account is supposed to be leveled to 30, and this has not yet happen after around 30 hours. I'm still waiting, but if this is a bug, Please Help! (I have received my RP and IP for testing, I just can't play normals)
