Poppy Ult Bug

I don't know if this is a bug, but my boyfriend plays Poppy a lot and whenever he holds R to channel her ult, Poppy instantly casts it instead of charging. We've tried lots of different things and it's not working. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had the exact same problem a few times already. Thats really annoying. Step to replicate the bug : just press R and sometime the r dont charge and auto cast . I hope someone can pinpoint the exact way to replicate the bug
