Chat not working correctly

I dont know if anyone else has had this problem. When I join games I play with like 3 other people in a party. I call my lane right when I get into game then people say I dont get the lane. My chat doesnt show up because I call it too fast, Immediately after that I get blocked, after one message. This has happened about 4 games in a row now and I know because of my party. To recap, I call my lane fast in blind pick and I get blocked and my message does not show up.
