Just played a match against an Alistar in URF mode and he 2-shot every teammate, no matter what their build was. Took little to no damage the entire time as well. Please fix Alistar. If you play him you'll see what I mean. On a scale of how strong he is: A bronze 5 Ali could 1v5 all golds in a match and win.
Therefore they invented .. "wait for it" ~ A ban system.

I mean, URF is practically supposed to make champs overpowered, so the system is working right. I also played against one today and he wasn't too bad. You know what does ruin URF? People still building the tank meta build in it.

fixed just use literally any champ with a dash/blink and you can avoid his headbutt engage, flash can suffice
