Zed Ultimate Ability After-effect Issue

I noticed that when zed's ultimate ability is used and the opponent uses Zhyona's Hourglass to prevent the after-effect that the effect waits until the zhyona's is done and still hits the enemy. This is obviously a bug that should be fixed.
