Accepted invite in champ select

So, I won a ranked game, after that, I wanted to go another one... I joined the que, while I was a que, one of my teammate from the last game invited me for ranked, when I accepted (at champ picking) the game kinda froze(in the chat i've seen everyone left from the team). After 10s I was at the homepage with -IP and que penalty...
