Oracles in ARAM

Oracle's extract is bugged in ARAM. I was in a custom game blind pick aram 5v5 with a group of friends and got oracle's as yasuo. After the timer for oracle's extract was gone i somehow was still able to see all of teemo's shrooms and teemo himself. At first I thought someone else had oe. But as I was traveling down aram by myself i was able to see the shrooms. However the range seems to be smaller because I would almost walk into the shrooms.
