Rebellion bug

if renekton use W right after Q, his W will not proc, it won't stun nor do damage(not even an animation). This happened while I was using scorched earth renekton skin. I don't know if this happens on other skins because i don't want to play him with this bug,
W only not work when you use q before. If you use Q then auto attack, then use W, it will work normally
