Bug: Can't Purchase Items in ARAM

So, for three games in a row, I've been unable to purcahse items in-game on ARAM.

If I hit P (the default shop key), it opens up the extended information panel (HP regen, penetration, range, etc). If I click on the shop, it opens up the extended information panel. If I click on the gold counter, it opens up the extended information panel.

Still in fountain, while dead, after a game restart, after a client restart. I've reset defaults, I've repaired the client.

I am literally out of options now on what to do about this.
