Dealing with Illaoi Top - Strategies

So while talking with a friend of mine earlier, I realized that fighting Illaoi is not wholly dissimilar from fighting Darius.

Both of them rely on their passives to win extended teamfights You need to dodge both of their Q's to break their pattern of sustain and damage Both have autoattack resets that reinforce their passive stacking Both have a pull that you need to dodge or risk getting thrashed

So we just need to learn and pick champs that counter those things.
