[BUG] Bard Ultimate cancels end-of-game invulnerability

If Bard uses his ultimate on one or more champions as a nexus is being destroyed, they will not receive the end-of-game invulnerability buff and can take damage from DoTs, the fountain laser, etc. This is obviously a minor issue as the game is already over at that point.
