When I launch my charm first on a jungle mob, the HPs reset themselves during the duration of the charm. I don't remember reading anything about it, I tested it with different CC, but only Ahri's charm does that. :/ I don't know if it's a bug or if it's wanted.

Final Spark Lux1 votesI feel like it's always done this. I can't say for certain obviously, but I do distinctly recall her charm making monsters regen HP because it acts as if they aren't in combat anymore.

Final Spark Lux1 votesI recommend not using charm in that case. The damage you'll get off it is negligible early game anyways, and its duration also isn't long enough to matter, especially if it's resetting their hp. Is say just kite more.
