[Audio Bug]: Fiddlesticks's Laugh (Reminder #2)

Another friendly reminder that the Audio Glitch with Fiddlesticks's Laugh is still in the game. After reading the Patchnotes for (Patch 9.1), it seems that the Fiddlesticks Bug hasn't been resolved yet.

#[Bug]: Fiddlesticks Laugh SFX are missing!

#[Description]: During a game of Fiddlesticks Support, I made a play which resulted in a double kill for my toplaner. I pressed the /L command, which makes your champion Laugh. Fiddlestick's himself did the Animation, but he remained silent throughout the whole animation. No matter how many times I used the Laugh Command during the game, Fiddle would refuse to cackle.

The Audio Bug seems to affect Fiddle & all of his skins except his most recent one, the Praetorian Fiddlesticks.
