Game keeps entering windowed mode randomly

When I am mid game the client will randomly enter windowed mode. In doing so it disables all of my ability buttons until I alt + tab my way back to the client screen. Real annoying when it happens in the middle of a team fight. Any suggestions on how to stop this from randomly doing this to me? Its been happening ever since 7.10 patch.
