Warmogs not activating on ARAM

I was playing as Udyr and I rushed a Warmogs. It was all fine and dandy and then I bought an aegis. I micromanage a bit and I watch for my Warmogs to come up so that I know how passive I need to be playing especially at low HP because that's the point of having a Warmogs but after I bought Aegis I noticed that it stopped working. This is a serious game breaking bug and it needs to be fixed.

Edit: That is working as intended but it is still bugged as it was active when I first bought the item.

You need a minimum of 3000HP for the passive of Warmog's Armor to work. If you rushed it, you would not have that much health.

They nerfed it again? It was also working when I first bought it so if that's the case then it's also bugged in the way it works too lol. . .

No that was the "buff". It heals way more once you get enough to activate it.

You may be confusing it with the +200% base health regeneration it provides.

The following is the passive of Warmog's Armor:

Grants Warmog's Heart if you have at least 3000 maximum health.

Unique – Warmog's Heart: Regenerate 「 1.5% maximum health every half-second 」if damage has not been taken in the last 8 seconds.

item 3083 + item 3105 = 1000 bonus health.

You would have to be level 16 in order for the Warmog's passive to work with Udyr's base health.
