Tahm Regurgitate Bug

I am sure this has been reported before but sometimes when i use Tahm Kench's his Devour Regurgitate will be on cooldown preventing him from spitting what he ate out when he chooses. This isn't the worst thing ever but it has caused a few issues in match when it stops me from spitting a minion out at an enemy.
