Darius Q ignores Fear from Fiddlesticks

uses Q, I Quickly use Fear as . slowly walks away still winding his Q hitting me still while feared...Slowly running from me.

Is somewhat immune to cc while he is using his Q? Or is this a bug?

It's not a channel, if he gets CC'd his Q still goes off, the same way Fiddle's ult stays even when you use Zhonya's or get suppressed.

Fiddles ult has to cast/channel it, once he gets done, the ability is cast. Its not the same thing. its more like Garens E the more I think about it.

Still, it's working as intended. It's not a channel and it's not cast time either, it's simply a delay before the ability actually does damage, similarly to Karthus Q and Vel'Koz E (you can cancel Malzahar's ult if you cast E right before he ults because the ability has already been cast, so any CC will not cancel it during its natural delay)
