After having installed the new patch this morning, I tried two custom matches, and the frame rate was really low. The game simply wasn't playable, and it had nothing to do with lag. Up until yesterday the game was working just fine. Should I simply try the repair tool?
EDIT: Just did a full repair. Unfortunately it didn't work.
Glad to hear it's not just me. nothing seems to help either. I know it's not my computer.

I also have huge fps drops in teamfights now since 7.19. I checked some stuff first the game used my integrated graphics instead of the 980M after the patch. So I enabled my 980M for LoL and didn't help. Then I reinstalled LoL and still have the problem in teamfights. It's quite annoying.
