Malphite R bug

So in an aram game i had when i would r into the enemy team if an enemy used any of his cc abilities on top it completely negated malphite ultimate making it so that malphite would do 0 damage and negate the cc and malphite just stops and stands there.

and as a side note i dont know if its just me or what but ever since this patch my ping has been unreliable no matter what i do constantly spiking between 60 to 400
