New Runes Pages Still Not Showing Up In Dynamic Champion Select

Second time posting this problem.

Go ahead try it. Buy a new rune page for 6300 IP then load out that rune page with anything you want. Pop yourself into a dynamic queue and, wallah, your rune page will not be there. With these last few dynamic queue changes, this needs to be implemented back into the game, because it was in the old champion select.

The only way to fix the problem is to relog, which is often stupid because people forget this step, including me, and join champ select, wanting to use their new rune page, and it will not show up on the drop down list. /salt

PS. This also happens with newly bought skins. If you buy a skin then head into a game it will not show up as purchased unless you relog.
