Issue loggin on to boards

I keep having this issue, seemingly at random where I can't log into boards using my NA account and need to use my EUW account, I'm also getting a message when I try to post that I need to be at least level 7 to post when using the EUW account despite that account already being level 7. I checked the URL for the boards I'm trying to log into and they all say boards.na.
