I passed my promotions but why did my promotions reset again?

Hello, everyone. I was in silver V but after I failed my first promotion to go to silver IV but I got the message that if I went to promotions again I would get one free win. So I did and I got the first one for free, the second one I lost, but I won the third one so I thought I would be ranked up. The game ended and I got the same exact message again and now I'm back with one win in my promotions. Is this a bug? Does remake count as a loss? If not then I technically should be ranked up but I have no idea what's going on...
