Major Jungle Item bug on Summoners Rift

I bought Brutalizer to later build into a Yomuu's Ghostblade, but accidentally quickly double clicked on the jungle item that used Brutalizer in the build. I did NOT have smite and it still showed that i had bought the jungle item within the store, by displaying the checkmark. I still had Brutalizer in my item slots, but my team said that I did not. The stats also disappeared, which were the damage, armor pen, and cdr. The next time I died, Brutalizer disappeared from my item slots. Obviously I was very annoyed and anyone would be if it were to happen to them, not only did my item disappear, but my gold as well, the 1337 to buy Brutalizer. + - =
