Game crashed/bugsplat reconnect gives black screen

Title pretty much sums it up. Game crashed (new client) and when I relog and reconnect its a black screen and i have to alt+F4 out. I tried using the legacy client and same issue. The game ended yet still says its in progress and that i need to reconnect, which results in a black screen.
