alt tabbing during load screen

for a long time (years), alt tabbing during load screen had some bad effects:

• annoying transparent health bar on your HUD
• "black" health bar on your HUD
• 0/xxxx health bar on your HUD

these were never fixed

now today i alt tabbed in load screen and all player health bars were gone in the actual game screen, making it nearly impossible to see whats going on or who is even on my team in a fight. So i figured simple thing would be to uncheck and recheck the option to reset the toggle in the client, and it crashed the game HARD. By Hard i mean task manager, alt F4 and any other method (clicking top right X) wouldnt close the game i had to hard restart my pc. I just hope i wasnt reported for "leaving the game" ... thats fun.

Luckily i learned this in an ARAM, but i can imagine this would cause quite a problem in ranked.
