I don't know if this is on purpose, but infinite timing in tutorial champ select

I'm getting my sister into league, she was getting into the tutorial, but when she got into the champ select, the timer was infinite and the game wouldn't start. Not sure if this is intended or something because I haven't looked into the new tutorial stuff.
