Sion abilities not work bug

There has been two games i have been in so far with sion where for some odd reason his Q and R stop working, no matter how many times i press the keys or click on the abilities they simply do not work. I am not sure what causes it because i go into battle fine then at one point i die and when i come back alive they stop working.
