So I was playing Swain support and his Q does not proc the Spellthief passive.

you didn't kill any minions before hitting champs did you?

yup. his Q is bugged. It does not apply any spell effects. No response from riot about it. I PRAY its not intentional, seeing how they just reworked him to make maxing Q first the only viable thing to do.
