[Ryze] I have 5 more CDR than I should

So i'm in a custom, just warming up and this possible bug has appeared after a got blue buff. I took Ocean Dragon before the buff expired followed by backing to base to notice I have more CDR than I should being 40% CDR 5% flat Cdr on runes, checked lolnexus while in game to be sure. 10% from lucidity boots 20% from level 2 ryze ult passive

Current Build when i noticed------------------- item 3048 item 3027 item 3158 [empty][empty][empty]-----------------------

  • no current buffs other than ocean dragon

I really feel like I missed something but can't figure it out.

I noticed on op.gg that you use the Intelligence mastery. This gives you CDR and raises the CDR cap by the same amount. 1-5%.

Abyssal now gives 10% CDR. Please read the patch notes
