[GAMEPLAY] Lulu Q indicator does not work

It is 100% reproducible, and the only temporary workaround is to cast E on something else and wait for it to expire. Only then is the indicator (temporarily) fixed, but immediately breaks again if you die once more. Self-casting E does not "fix" it, so you can not fix it on the summoner platform.
