Twisted Fate Illaoi Blue Card/E Passive Interactions w/Tentacles

Hey riot, this isn't a bug so much as an interaction problem that hasn't really been addressed because I dont think and have ever really interacted with one another because they usually don't fight in lanes. So the other day I played a ranked game where I was Twisted Fate against an Illaoi mid lane, and I noticed every time I had a Blue Card up and used it on one of Illaoi's tentacles, the blue card would hit and go off, but I wouldn't get the refunded mana cost when I hit it. Furthermore, every time I use my passive e on a tentacle (the boosted fourth attack,) the attack hits and the passive resets as though I've hit a minion/player/monster. I've tried this out a few times in a custom game, and every time I got the same result. I'm not sure what the system is treating the tentacle as everytime it gets hit by one of 's ws or e passive, but I'm fairly certain it's not the way you guys intended it to be.
