Client Bug, huge issue with game. Unable to choose runepage.

There's been a few bugs with the rune pages lately, during champion select. However, this particular bug was very game-breaking today in ranked queues.

Process:

1. I chose mid/top as my roles, but got filled into the support role. This is a ranked game, btw
2. I clicked the support tab at the top to choose Thresh during my turn to pick.
3. I chose thresh and locked in. Immediately, I could not choose my rune page.
4. At the bottom, everything but my summoner spells/wards/emotes was grayed out.
5. When hovering my mouse over the rune page selection box, it stated that I could not pick my rune page until level 8. Note: Here is a screenshot of what it looks like during champion select: https://imgur.com/a/3nkWd

Thoughts: This most likely happened due to thresh being part of the free champion rotation. It could also have something to do with being filled into a non-preferred role combined with the free champ rotation.

EDIT: The other bug with runepages is that.... sometimes if you create a new runepage, spec it to max, and save it.... it will not automatically change to the new runepage you have just created. You would have to go down to the bottom window and search for the newly-created runepage.
