Azir's turret targeting

Ah yes, another Azir bug.

In my last game, playing against a blue side gravelord Azir , he set up his turret in his outer midlane spot. I then noticed our Katarina go in range of the turret, although I'm not exactly sure how. She was targeted by the turret while under it. but when she exited the range, again didn't see if she flashed/blinked/walked, the turret's red targeting indicator was on her. The turret was not firing, nor were there minions in it, but the red laser was connected to her while she was far outside the range. Once I, going in to get off some juicy Sona burst, went inside the range of the turret the indicator came off Katarina and onto, then proceeded as it would normally by targeting/firing/coming off when I left, etc.

Not sure how to reproduce, hope this helps.
