Failed to gain LP

My last game with Lux as support where I won and my final score was 6/4/12 has failed to give me any LP. I should be in the 40's. I have now 24. Also, the game stats won't load. I can download and replay the game. I can view it on the web. Please give me my LP for this match. I think it was supposed to award me over 20pts. Can you please look into this? I would like my LP. I worked hard for it.

So not a single reply to any of these bug reports from Riot? Riot is missing from the entire bug report sub board. WOW! I even submitted a ticket with no reply at all.
