Why is it I get bugsplat when i am at 100% and already loaded in. as some1 else is taking forever to connect. and then I have to run repair and lose LP...If it's not one thing it's another huh Riot.

I would completely uninstall and reinstall your client, and then I would make sure that your antivirus and firewall are allowing League to run as intended. It sounds like there's an issue on your end.
