[CLIENT] When in low spec mode, friends current game status wont update

So I ran into this issue long time ago and this bug still wasn't been fixed. When enabling low specs mode, friends status on right side of the client wont update, if they're for example in 20 min game and end it, to me it will be saying still 20 min game and the timer of that match will just continue by itselt, some time it goes on and on it says to me that my friend is in a game 150 min long and I'm forced to restart my client in order for client to update my friends activity.

The most common steps that I figure out on how to reproduce this bug is this:

1. Enable low specs mode
2. Restart client
3. Watch your friends activity on the right side (are some of them in game?...)
4. Start a summoner's rift game
5. Finish the game
6. Now check again your friends activity at the right side of the client, basically every friend that was in the game before you started your own is still in a game and no one finished it. The timer for the match will just continue. I'm forced to restart my client, because my client is seeing my friend as a In Game so I can't invite him.
