[Gameplay] Interaction between slow resistance and 'charm'

This interaction made her flash and even ended up with her dead : [Example](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFNhm2WOsfQ&feature=

Ahri's e: Ahri blows a kiss in the target direction that deals magic damage to the first enemy hit, charming and slowing them by 65%.

As you see when you get charmed you get slowed but if you've slow resistance in the moment you get charmed you go to whoever charm at normal speed.

Step one: Get into a game as a champ who can charm aka ahri, Evelyn, rakan vs a champ who has slow resistance like sejuani or take phase rush.

Step two: charm the enemy while he has slow resistance, he comes to you at normal speed instead of slowed.

This interaction should be removed imo because it's pretty awkard when you play against ahri and you try to escape or trade with her as ryze/cassio (wear phase rush) where if you get charmed you can easily get under turret , but is also bad when playing ahri because you usually charm to slow the enemy and get out but this denies it and even helps enemies to get to u faster.

If you have a slow resistance, why should charm remove that? It backfires sometimes, I've charmed a Yi during his ult and have had him zoom toward me even faster. That Sej would have had to use flash either way, if she was slowed it actually would have been easier for the Ahri's team to kill her.

This is not a bug, and should not be in Report a Bug. Charm is a type of CC. Slow is a different type of CC. The two are combined together in Ahri's Charm, just like Lux's Q combines Magic Damage and a Root. If you have a shield like Galio's W, that nullifies magic damage you take, it won't do anything to stop the root from taking effect. There is nothing wrong with this interaction.
