Quinn Lag bug

In the last few games I've played with Quinn, my ping is fine but during some of her moves or even just auto attacks in general, there's a 1-2 second lag time that happens. It's at random moments, sometimes just attack a minion other times champs. I don't get this with any other champs that I've played with. My ping doesn't spike during this time either, first time it happened I thought it was server lag but second time it happened a day later I figured otherwise. I'm using the Woad Scout Quinn skin if that makes a difference, haven't tested it with her classic.
