No Way to Pick Chroma Packs in New Champ Select

As the title says, I'm not seeing a spot to choose your chroma pack in the new champ select. It's like they don't exist anymore, just shows all the skins next to the ones that you already own/don't own but no option for the Chroma pack itself.
