When i first used the new replay feature and watched it in google chrome it worked perfectly, now whenever i try to watch something the video is fine, but the audio is a series of extreme loud screeching and random sorts of noises.

I'm also experiencing this, it sound like a bad DSL modem trying to connect.
Happened to me only while using the record function. While watching the game, ingame everything was fine. Once I opened the video file my ears exploded. Using Logitech G930 Headset with latest driver.
I have the same issues. Do you guys use an onboard sound card or a dedicated one like me?
Having the same bug only when recording on teamfight UI , eitherwise works fine .
