Draven Ult Bug

Ends way earlier than it should even without pressing R. I've had it end short on me multiple times over the period of the last few days alone. In Aram I've heard multiple complaints from people playing Draven as well talking about how their R returned without them even hitting anything as well. I know this could definitely be misconstrued as "user error", but trust me when I say its not. Its not keyboard R's sticking from NSFW or wood league hitting too early. It is definitely a bug.
