Ranked (Draft) Freezing Issue

Something is going on with ranked, been noticing it more frequently and has become frustrating as I have gotten a leaverbuster from it:

1. Join lobby and pick champ

Either after picking then at the banning process, or when locking the game seems to freeze up and you cannot lock, although the sound that it makes when you hit lock goes off. Sometimes on the left hand corner it will show that the other players have left the room, indicating that the lobby has disbanded, yet the screen will still freeze until you leave the lobby or exit League

Steps I've taken to ensure it is the game and not my internet or computer:

1. Reinstalled League of Legends (this happened about a week ago when I noticed this)
2. Restarted Modem/Router multiple times, occurs still after doing this
3. Checking that my internet speeds are up to standard, everything else loads quickly on browser (aka YouTube at 1080p or streaming from Netflix)

Essentially I have received reports that an error occurred, yet checking the troubleshooting steps I have determined it is not the program but during Ranked (Draft) and not on any other mode. Hopefully this is enough info for you guys, and if you have any other steps I should try, please let me know below

• On a separate note, I've noticed on my Ranked when I queue up for lane positions, currently I am unable to attain or get Midlane as a position. I have queued with more than 3 games of people who all say Midlane was their last pick, and even though it is my first I have not been able to get it. Perhaps something is off on my priority listing for lanes, etc. Would be nice to play something other than Support every so often. Thanks guys!
