Kindred causes aggro bug with red buff monster

I recently encountered a bug where kindred started my red buff on my side and tried to take it but i inturrupted him so he ran away but he left behind a nasty bug that caused red buff to lose aggro when i stun locked it.

I happened to be playing sion at the time and the aggro reset really slowed down my jungle that game. The bug persisted on throughout the game but by the time mid game rolled around i stopped stun locking it and just took it with my damage abilities.

I dont know what he could have done to bug out the aggro.
