Creeps not letting champs pass / getting stuck in a wave

Was there some new patch update with the creeps in the game that champions can not passby them in a wave without getting stuck? Playing mid this happened to both sides at mid (and top) from what I saw. Champion walks into a wave via skill then are stuck for a longer period of time then before (and I'm talking about ally friendly creeps, not the enemy ones)
