champ select frozen in ranked...

Was in champ select when i went to switch my summoner spells and i clicked out of the pop up box only to have the entire champ select screen still be blurry. I couldnt type, couldnt select anything, yet everything else was continuing. This was during a ranked queue forcing me to force quit the program when i was already at 0 points in my division. And leaver buster is punishing me for your bugs riot. As far as I can tell I'm not the only one who is experiencing this so please fix it
