I am having huge packet loss or something. I can move, I can cast skills, I can see everything moving, I can type to other players. JUST CANT MOVE
I have a 130 MBps Download Speed and 30Mbps Upload speed.
I am using Telus Dual Bonding ADSL My router is Asus AC 5300 My Wifi Adapter is Asus PCE AC88
Tried on 2 computers and results are both having packet loss as well. so I concluded it is a ISP , DNS problem.
Please change your server to another host.
It would be a ISP or homenetwork issue... You need to run some ping tests to other servers (try 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 these are google dns servers and they accept pings) This way you will know if its more local to you or anywhere between you and riot servers (chicago). There is nothing riot can do about this as they essentially have there own internet service now (there own backbone atleast) You will need to troubleshoot this with your ISP now you can open a support ticket and riot will likely help you trackdown the problem IP address (where your losing packets) or maybe help you diagnose a homenetwork issue if that is the case.
