Played with him many matches recently sometimes i flip the enemy champion in his place just a 0.5 second knock up sometimes to the right or the left some times flips forward like a knock away while it should normally flip backwards
Confirmed, it happens when you queue E and let Singed run to them, it becomes rather useless. If you wait to hit E till you're within range it's fine. There is also a bug with Warwick, after you use his ult his skills will fail if you queue them as well. I believe this is a large bug with a newly implemented system and will require much work ... hope not though.
