[Fix] Out of Order Chat Messages, [Potential Fix] Champion Name Display + '60:00' min Game Timer
To note: This fix is not for mac's and i don't even know if macs are running into this problem
This should fix issues regarding Chat Messages being out of order, if it doesn't please reply and I'll add you in-game to try and figure out the issue that way I can update the thread with more information.
It was mentioned that after someone did this, they could finally see the champions name of their friend that was playing in a game and the game timer that used to add 60 mins (or more) to their display was returned to normal. Thus i mentioned it as a potential fix for that issue as well.
First: If the messages are only slightly out of synch (within 1- 5 minutes usually)
Resynch your clock by following this:
if on windows 10, right click the clock -> adjust date/time -> scroll down to related settings and click the "additional time, date, and regional settings" link -> click the "set the time and date" link -> go to the internet time tab and click change settings -> any of the links in the drop down menu can be used and then click the 'update now' button.
Second: For people with a time difference of more than one hour
If the problem is happening with more than an hour difference in times being listed this is probably due to you having picked a time zone in the past that was incorrect, and then later manually changed the time on your computer to whatever the correct time is in your area.
If thats that's the case look into finding the correct time zone for your area and see if that fixes the issue.
To find out if you're using the wrong time zone, look up the time zone you're using for your clock and then compare it to google.
For example, my clock shows im using UTC -06:00 Central Time (US & Canada), Search google for Central Time, if they aren't the same then that means that you manually changed the time on your clock. Look up the time zone in your area and then set it to that. Resynch your time afterwards (above instructions) and it should work.
